Job Details: Job description Building Maintenance/Groundskeeper Springdale LH Garage A This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance and repairs, and landscaping tasks, while maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Job Summary: · Mow grass as needed. · Trim edges as needed. · Paint assigned areas. · Keep outside area clean. · Report any breakdown of equipment used to supervisor. · Install and maintain various landscape plots as designated. · Shovel snow and ice in winter. · Rake leaves. · All other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements: Must pass MVR check: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid driver’s license Must not have any DUI/DWI convictions within the last 12 months Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Essential Functions: · Must be willing to work in extreme heat and/or cold. · Must be willing to lift 80 lbs. on occasion. · Must be willing to withstand climbing and standing in high places for long periods of time. · Must be willing to walk for long periods of time. · Must be willing to demonstrate proper lifting procedures. Must follow all rules and regulations in using various grounds keeping chemicals, including protective wear and maintain equipment. Be able to establish preventative maintenance schedule. Background of landscaping or small engine knowledge would be helpful but not required. Work Experience: Must have 3 months of work with single employer in last 6 months. *Prior Tyson team members have a 3-time limit. *Prior Tyson team members will have a 180-day waiting period.
