Role Description
The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ringgold, GA. This position is responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies, including maintaining consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all company materials. This is not a task-based support role. This is a hands-on opportunity to own real marketing initiatives that impact active construction projects, executive visibility, and company growth. The Marketing Coordinator works directly with leadership and project teams to execute brand strategy across jobsites, digital platforms, and company events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and brand coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Canva and social media platforms
- Experience with Squarespace or similar website platforms
- Reliable transportation required

Content and Digital Strategy
- Build and execute a structured social media content calendar
- Create project highlight content, short-form videos, and storytelling assets
- Manage engagement and audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile listing
Field Brand Execution
- Lead coordination of jobsite signage from concept to installation
- Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and production logistics
- Ensure brand visibility across high-profile construction projects
Website Development
- Publish completed project profiles and company news blogs
- Maintain brand consistency and user experience on the company website
- Contribute to portfolio-level marketing materials
Corporate Events and Client Engagement
- Support planning and execution of quarterly company events (holiday party, employee appreciation events, groundbreakings/ribbon cuttings, trade shows, etc.)
- Assist in subcontractor appreciation and industry relationship initiatives
