Scenic City Orthodontics (SCO) is looking for an organized, outgoing, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to help execute our practice’s marketing efforts across five locations in Chattanooga, Cleveland, and North Georgia.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in consistent follow-through, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to play a visible part in the growth of a multi-location healthcare practice.
This role blends event execution, relationship-building, reporting, brand support, and day-to-day marketing coordination. The right fit for this role will need strong self-management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple moving pieces organized without constant oversight. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in marketing as a profession and excited by both the creative and operational sides of the work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Represent Scenic City Orthodontics at community events and SCO-hosted events with the goal of connecting with local families, businesses, and dental partners, while bringing new patients into our offices.
- Protect, represent, and help grow the SCO brand
- Coordinate event details, including communication, timing, staffing, setup, breakdown, giveaways, and follow-up
- Capture content and highlights from events and in-office marketing efforts
- Support and strengthen relationships with referring dental offices and other healthcare providers
- Maintain referral tracking, recurring reports, and organized partner communication
- Prepare for and execute quarterly office visits across Chattanooga, Cleveland and North Georgia
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead on campaigns, promotions, and practice initiatives
- Assist with project organization, scheduling, prep work, and follow-through
- Track expenses, maintain files, and help prepare reports in Google Sheets and other tools
- Coordinate projects and orders with vendors and partners, based on the outlined annual and monthly budget
- Help update digital and print assets in Canva and support brand consistency across materials and communication
- Support team-facing marketing needs, celebrations, and special initiatives
- Cross-train in key support functions such as answering new patient calls, scheduling, and sterilization support when needed

- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms is required
Must meet the requirements to be cleared under company auto insurance and be comfortable driving the SCO Jeep Wrangler for events, deliveries, and other marketing responsibilities.
Schedule Availability Expectations:
This role requires reliable availability for all assigned SCO-hosted and community events, including evenings, weekends, and other hours outside normal business hours. Event participation is a core responsibility of this position, and schedule flexibility is essential. Flex time may be used during the workweek when needed to help accommodate event hours and help avoid overtime.
