What You’ll Learn
During the training program, you will:
- Develop deep knowledge of Ascenso’s product lines
- Understand competitive positioning and pricing strategies
- Learn pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Conduct B2B sales calls with distributors and end users
- Gain exposure to Internal Sales and Support Manager functions
What You’ll Do (Post-Program)
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
- Build and strengthen dealer and distributor relationships
- Prospect and win new business opportunities
- Execute pricing and margin strategies
- Drive product mix and revenue growth
- Travel 70% within your assigned region
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license

- B2B sales experience

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $55,000-$65,000
- Performance-based bonus

- Total Compensation: $100,000 – $200,000
