Who We Are We design and manufacture high-quality firearm components and weapon systems with a focus on modern aesthetics and precision engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media (Amazon, eBay, YouTube) with a focus on timely resolution
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and releases following company sales procedures
- Manage order workflows across platforms including Magento, ShipStation, ZenDesk, RingCentral, and Authorize.net
- Identify and escalate recurring product issues, shipping problems, and customer concerns
- Develop working knowledge of our firearm components to provide informed, confident support
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a federal background check and drug test
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Computer literate (Windows, Mac, Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
- Willing to learn firearm product knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 months in customer service, retail, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with AR, Glock, Sig Sauer, HK, or S&W platforms
- Experience with ZenDesk, ShipStation, or Magento
