POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:

§ 2 years of proven operations or manufacturing leadership experience (people management required). § Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams. § Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. § Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure. § Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working with MRP systems § High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience). § Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work flexible hours as needed. § Ability to perform physical duties typical of a manufacturing environment § Lean Manufacturing Environment a plus(standing, walking, lifting, etc.). |
