Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals. Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models.
DUTIES
- Provide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
- Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements.
- Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up.
- Create complete small and large scale, multi-year, cost proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP/RFQ schedule.
- Prepare files for management review of cost proposals.
- Work in a team hybrid environment.
- Provide routine administrative support.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
- Requires 4 years' experience in Government pricing and/or Project Finance experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Knowledge of CBAs and Wage Determinations/ SCA desired.
- Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, and TandM.
- Skilled in verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- ProPricer experience desired.
- General Computer Skills required

- Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time.
