- Prepare cost documentation utilizing existing pricing models for RFQs, and other proposal activities..
- Provide support to the Pricing team to enable proposed costs are submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules.
- Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, and other data from functional departments
- Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with the US Government and company requirements
- Document the Bill of Material and Material (BOM) cost estimates
- Complete and maintain activities required for audits
- Work in a team environment
- Provide routine administrative support
- Other Duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for degree
- Requires 1-2 years' experience in either Government proposal pricing, planning or production control in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required
- Requires strong Microsoft Office skills
- Skilled in verbal and written communication.
- Experience in DoD environment preferred
- Knowledge of FAR desired
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs.
- On occasion must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders.
- Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions
