Responsibilities
- Client and Prospect Engagement: Build relationships with customers and engaged prospects from our in-agency telemarketers, understand their insurance requirements, and offer personalized guidance.
- Sales Generation: Drive insurance sales by assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate policies, and closing deals effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expertise in Allstate's insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing queries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Networking: Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to expand your client base and increase sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active South Carolina Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a drive to succeed.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
