Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greer, SC, for an Inside Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads through outbound and inbound calls, following up on inquiries, and managing the full sales cycle. The role involves understanding clients' insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The specialist will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the database.
Qualifications
- Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, including lead generation, account management, and customer service expertise
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present product information
- Problem-solving and Critical Thinking skills to assess client needs and offer the best solutions
- Organizational and Administrative abilities, including managing CRM tools and maintaining detailed sales records
- Prior experience in insurance or employee benefits is a strong asset
