Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, trees, and other landscape features.
- Manage irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering techniques are applied for optimal plant health.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to assess health and appearance, implementing necessary care practices.
- Lead a team in groundskeeping activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety procedures.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of gardening techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and client interactions.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
