- UT Health Tyler is the flagship hospital of the system serving hundreds of thousands annually. Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our midtown location boasts a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, the region's only EMCO program and a Level III NICU. Our medical staff includes more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.
Responsibilities
The Clinical EducatorRNcarries out a plan of educational activities to enhance, promote, and maintain the standard of care within the hospital.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - BSN required
Current Texas License as a Registered Nurse
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
Master's degree in nursing
Minimum of two years of management/teaching experience
Familiarity with the organization and functions of other disciplines within the hospital
Minimum of five years of Acute Care clinical experience
