ABOUT
This is a part-time position and can work up to 18 hours per week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet students, faculty and patrons to make them feel welcome in our facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies in designated work area.
- Check in students, faculty and continuing studies students entering the facility.
- Answer main phone line for facility.
- Provide information regarding facility, continuing studies classes and other offerings.
- Be familiar with all aspects of facility operations.
- Be on time for each assigned shift.
- If unable to work an assigned shift, find a substitute for assigned shift.
- Make effective use of work time.
- Complete all tasks assigned in an accurate, prompt and thorough manner.
- Any other duties assigned by the Director, Apache Recreation Center, Manager, and Rec Sports Coordinator
