ABOUT
The Continuing Studies Enrollment Manager is responsible for all aspects of Continuing Studies registration processes and procedures, as well as related functions. This position will oversee student enrollment and documentation, interdepartmental data transfer and reporting, class and facility usage, and ensure that customer service standards are met. Additionally, the Senior Manager of Enrollment will respond to student inquiries, registration requests, community facility needs, and the department's student data requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage registration system to optimize reporting, data accuracy/integrity, and effective data transfers to key TJC internal partners
- Provide supervisory leadership to operational staff
- Oversee Continuing Education course data creation and implementation
- Lead third-party registrations and reporting processes
- Oversee textbook and supply orders
- Manage the entire requisition process from creation to receipt of product
- Oversee student/ customer questions, concerns, or complaints
- Oversee processes and documentation required for Business Services
- Respond to general departmental inquiries
- Work to develop close and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong level of professionalism and expertise in carrying out enrollment and retention tasks
- Assist with course and instructor documentation
- Support operational activities to ensure exceptional customer service
- Facilitate communication with department employees as needed
- Provide support for special events/programs as needed
- Communicate information to faculty, staff, and the general public
- Adapt to policies and procedures affecting the function of the department
- Prepare and compile reports, forms, and other documents as required
- Serve on department, division, and College committees as needed

WHO YOU ARE
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Required Experience
Two years of experience working in higher education, data management, or related experience
Preferred Experience
Previous leadership experience managing multiple employees
