2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who's ready to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll guide the team, make sure orders are spot-on, and keep safety and efficiency front and center.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate your team to hit goals and stay productive.
• Keep warehouse operations on track, receiving, picking, shipping, you name it.
• Make sure inventory and paperwork are accurate.
• Keep safety a top priority and set the standard.
• Look for ways to make processes better and smarter.
• Work with other supervisors to keep shifts running seamlessly.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 years of warehouse leadership experience 
• A natural leader who communicates clearly and keeps people motivated.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
• Comfortable using warehouse systems and data to get things done.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs. and keep up in a busy environment.
