Position: Full-Time Picking Supervisor
Salary: $52,000–$58,000 Annually
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking an experienced, results-driven Picking Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse picking operations at our Dayton, NJ facility.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate employees, maintain productivity standards, ensure picking accuracy, and manage daily operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily picking operations and employee assignments.
• Monitor individual and team productivity to meet established performance goals.
• Coach employees to improve efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
• Manage employee attendance, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
• Ensure picking assignments are completed accurately and on time.
• Enforce warehouse safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily productivity, attendance, and labor reports.
• Address performance issues and communicate operational challenges to management.
• Assist with picking operations when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse picking, distribution, or fulfillment operations.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team of 20 or more employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience monitoring productivity and managing employee performance.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $52,000–$58,000, based on experience.
