Position: Assistant Project Manager - Civil Engineering
Location: Allen, TX (Onsite)

About the Role:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between technical design and project management. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Lead and support design production of grading, drainage, utility, paving, and erosion control plans using Civil 3D
- Coordinate permitting and approvals with North Texas municipalities and reviewing agencies
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and supporting documentation for residential subdivision projects
- Coordinate project submittals and collaborate with utility providers, surveyors, architects, and other stakeholders
- Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, project delivery, and client communication
- Review and check design work prepared by junior engineering staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Support projects from preliminary design through final construction
Looking For:
- 4 years of Civil Engineering experience with a specific focus on site design and land development
- High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including experience with corridors, pipe networks, and grading
- EIT certification required; an active Texas PE license is preferred
- Residential Subdivision Design Experience provides added value
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a readiness to collaborate with clients and city officials
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
