About the Role:
We are seeking Architect / Architect Project Manager with 3 years of professional experience to architectural projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, an eye for design, and the desire to collaborate with a creative and ambitious team. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality documentation, coordinating across disciplines, and managing the full arc of project delivery—while shaping the Company future of our built environment.
Looking For:
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in an architectural office
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex projects
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design and technical precision
- Skilled in cross-discipline coordination and client relationship management
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Permanently authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship of an employment Visa
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage architectural projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Develop construction documents that clearly express design intent and technical accuracy
- Lead coordination with civil, structural, MEP, fire protection, and other consultants
- Manage communication with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases
- Guide projects through Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration
- Conduct site visits, field reports, and construction observations
- Provide mentorship and support to junior staff
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture rooted in design excellence
We can potentially offer a signing bonus of $5,000–$10,000, payable after 90 days of employment, to assist with relocation expenses when necessary. However, we generally reserve this option for situations where relocation assistance is specifically requested and justified.
While we are open to hiring across multiple experience levels, our primary focus is on candidates who qualify for the Architectural Designer II, Architect II, or more senior positions.
Salary : $60,000 - $125,000
