Duties
- Pack client belongings
- Load and unload items from trucks, ensuring that all items are handled with care.
- Drive box trucks or other vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
- Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed during moves.
- Follow designated routes for deliveries, ensuring timely arrival at each destination.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and moving equipment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred to understand logistics operations.
- Experience in commercial driving, particularly with box trucks, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and route driving techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.
- Proficient in moving techniques and equipment operation.
- Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles when required.
