Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through construction documentation and delivery.
- Drive schematic design efforts and provide strong project visioning leadership.
- Translate client objectives, site opportunities, and program requirements into creative and functional design solutions.
- Coordinate closely with internal multidisciplinary teams including planning, landscape architecture, and design.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local agencies throughout all project phases.
- Oversee project documentation, drawing production, and technical coordination to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Support presentations, design narratives, entitlement packages, and client-facing materials.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high design and service standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and solutions-oriented studio environment.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture required.
- Licensed Architect preferred, or actively pursuing licensure with the ability to obtain registration in Florida.
- Proven experience in architectural project management and design leadership.
- Strong conceptual, schematic design, and visualization capabilities.
- Solid understanding of construction documentation, consultant coordination, and technical detailing.
- Ability to manage deadlines, client expectations, and multiple project workflows effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior staff members.
