Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction
Responsible for leading electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees large-scale, hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects, ensuring successful delivery across safety, schedule, budget, and quality. Provides leadership to project teams while maintaining accountability for overall project performance.
Opportunities available in multiple markets including Greater Chicago, Arizona, Boise, Portland, and Seattle.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong foundation in electrical construction (apprenticeship or equivalent field experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with high-tech, hyperscale, or mission-critical/data center projects

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities
- Manage contracts, scopes of work, and project setup
- Coordinate field labor, scheduling, and manpower planning
- Develop and manage project budgets and estimates
- Oversee documentation including submittals, RFIs, and closeout materials
- Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor coordination
- Track project production, performance, and key milestones
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor project financials including cost control, billing, and forecasting
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments
- Lead project closeout and turnover to the client
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Support additional projects and initiatives as needed
