Duties/Responsibilities:
- Due Diligence & Documentation
- Design Coordination & Review
- Project Management
- Import Coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in design coordination, permitting, import coordination, or project management support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite or similar design software
