Office Manager
If you are a born organizer and driver who likes to make sure that things get done properly and on time, this could be the role for you. We are looking for a proactive self motivated individual who will provide comprehensive professional administrative support to the Executive Team. This enables the Executive Team to organize and enforce accountability across the organization. Performing these duties well results in the entire organization operating in a more effective manner, ensuring we are moving forward on schedule and not missing details.
The ideal candidate will have a history of 10 years of professional experience excelling at these duties and demonstrating success in action.

- Serve as the primary monitor keeping track of current status and flow of all projects. Ensuring the team stays on target and working with the teammate and their manager so the issue can be resolved and we can keep moving quickly and stay on schedule every day.
- Assist the Executives on keeping clear and current on all email correspondence including phone calls, emails, and internal communications.
- Assist in organizing and resolving open loops, as well as setting reminders for deadlines.
- Assist the Executive team with a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
- Assist the organization by stepping up to be the primary person responsible for efficiently and effectively booking travel and accommodations for a variety of work trips during the year.
- Be available to manage all questions and requests for the executives.
- Oversee all HR functions, including benefits, hiring, tryouts and onboarding.
- Manage all office needs and events, including supplies and stationary.
- Facilitate resolution of challenges that arise within the scope of responsibilities.
- Engage in a Learning Pathway each week to reinforce and expand your knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned.
