Board Game Producer
By performing their duties consistently and to the level of quality required, the Board Game Producer will ensure that all aspects of all games and adjacent projects including graphics, 3D elements, rules and packaging are successfully executed to the highest level of quality, on time and within budget. We are looking for somebody with 8 years of experience as a board game producer.

- Drive the development and delivery of all design assets for new and ongoing projects from concept brief to delivery of Production samples.
- Manage the graphic creation and development of all elements using in house and external teams. Deliver all graphic elements to an agreed schedule.
- Manage the creation and delivery of all 3D game elements using external resources.
- Manage the creation and proofing of all rules and text elements for the games, ensuring final art is fully proofed and finalised before release.
- Create all RFQs based on input from the MD and send them to multiple manufacturing partners for quoting.
- Work with the Project Manager to align and agree on all dates.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing team to assist creation of all graphic based selling assets including but not limited to sell sheets, crowdfunding pages and websites.
- Deliver all elements for approval stages at agreed gate sign offs.
- Check and approve all e-proofs and pre-production samples at each stage.
- Collaborate with external teams to develop assets needed for each game.
- Work with our production partners to make sure that they have all 2D and 3D elements that they need to make the products to the agreed schedule.
- Work with manufacturing partners to get all products to hit target costs.
- Travel to conventions as assigned to promote brands and sell products (estimated at
approximately 2-4 shows a year)
