Family owned and operated in Norfolk since 1994, Tycon Medical specializes in home medical equipment such as hospital beds, wheelchairs, bathroom equipment, and patient lifts for the home.
We are looking for someone to join our Customer Service department as a Care Coordinator. Our Care Coordinators specialize in obtaining equipment through our customer's health insurance. You will be responsible for gathering the necessary paperwork and submitting it to the customer's insurance for approval - all while keeping both the customer and their doctor informed along the way!
Applicant must have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a busy environment, have strong computer and typing skills, attention to detail and be an excellent multi-tasker.
