Certified Nursing Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Coordinate dining services and ensure a safe and comfortable dining environment
- Document resident care and report any changes in condition to the Unit Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least one year of experience in long-term care
- Ability to lift at least 35 pounds and work flexible hours
