What You'll Treat

You'll provide specialized care for patients with conditions including:

• Pelvic floor dysfunction
• Urinary and fecal incontinence
• Pelvic pain
• Pre- and post-partum conditions
• Men's pelvic health
• Post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation
• Core and pelvic stability disorders

What You'll Do

As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, you'll help patients improve function, reduce pain, and regain confidence through individualized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based therapy
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Document care using EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary providers
• Support community outreach and pelvic health education initiatives

Required

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Maryland Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
• Minimum one year of outpatient pelvic health experience
• Experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, incontinence, and pre-/post-partum conditions
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred

• Women's Health Clinical Specialist (WCS) or Pelvic Health Certification (PHC)
• Experience treating men's pelvic health conditions
• Passion for specialty program development and community education
