Project Planning
- Launching new projects includes meeting with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Outline the scope for each project
- Utilizing production software to manage deadlines
- Estimate projects and client review
- Execute new projects and preflight files using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Collaborate with internal production team for project launches
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Track budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability
- Work with the Production Manager for inventory management
- Approve color proofs for each project. Internal review and coordinate client approval
- QC final output for all projects before shipment
- Create install packages for installers
- Prepare final invoicing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills a plus
- Familiarity with general office software, production software
- Solution-based problem solving
- Detail oriented and organized
