What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Sales Representative position at Two State Roofing Inc?
We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Representative, with possible advancement to Sales Manager, to join our team! This is currently a commission based opportunity. You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities to include attending Home and Garden shows, cold calling, networking opportunities, etc.. Leads will also be provided from perspective customer calls into main phone line.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate sales pipeline.
- Establish sales goals at the beginning of the year
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report and meet with Owner periodically to evaluate individual performance according to sales goals
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in roofing sales, customer service, or related field beneficial
- Flexible hours
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to use a roof measurement program or be trained to do so
- Teachable and be open to suggestions and/or critique
- Current driver's license and good driving record
- Provide own vehicle
Great work environment, family owned business, and sales manager sets schedule based on perspective customer requirements. We do at least 2 Home and Gardens type shows a year, where leads are obtained in addition to customer call ins, etc.
Salary : $70,000 - $150,000
