Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and Capacity Management
Manage daily and weekly technician scheduling
Adjust staffing, routes, and capacity in real time
Confirm job readiness, instructions, and time blocks
Track cancellations, reschedules, and job notes in MaidCentral
Customer Service Oversight
Handle escalated client issues
Ensure follow-up on complaints, scorecards, and re-cleans
Review first-time cleans, special requests, and job notes
Maintain accurate and updated client profiles and home details
Office and Operations Coordination
Serve as the communication hub between office staff and field leadership
Coordinate job changes, route updates, and schedule adjustments
Support internal processes and office workflow efficiency
Identify patterns (high skip rate, staffing shortages, complaint trends) and report to leadership
Requirements
3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service management, or office operations
Experience supervising or leading office or customer service staff
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM or dispatch systems
Must be able to work on-site Monday–Friday
