What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Route customers to the appropriate team member
- Schedule and assist with local moving estimates
- Cover phones and front office responsibilities during lunches and breaks
- Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and paperwork
- Support daily office operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Customer service, receptionist, office assistant, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to help customers and teammates
