TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring Non-CDL Drivers to join our moving crews! No CDL or previous moving experience required — we provide paid training to help you succeed.

Our core purpose is to Move People Forward®, and that includes our hardworking team members! More than one-third of our franchise owners and 75% of our managers originally started as frontline employees.

Full-time employees work an average of 8–10 hours per day, with schedules varying based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Drive safely – Operate a 26-ft. moving truck, perform daily inspections, and follow safe driving practices.
• Stay active – Help load, unload, pack, and move customers' belongings safely and efficiently.
• Deliver great service – Communicate professionally with customers and complete required moving paperwork.
• Work as a team – Support your moving crew to complete jobs safely and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Be your best – Show up on time, bring a positive attitude, and take pride in your work.

A Few Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 75 lbs. or more and perform physically demanding work, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must complete required pre-employment background check and drug screening
• No CDL or moving experience required! Previous experience in delivery driving, general labor, landscaping, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar hands-on work is a plus.
