What You'll Do
- Participate in daily dispatch huddles
- Lead crews and deliver exceptional customer service
- Safely drive and operate a 26-foot moving truck
- Safely move, pack, and transport customer belongings
- Conduct customer walkthroughs and communicate professionally throughout the move
- Complete truck inspections and maintain equipment accountability
- Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments
- Serve as the crew leader and ensure a successful move experience
What We're Looking For
"Drivers Who Care"
- 21 years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to repeatedly lift 100 pounds
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Comfortable leading a team and interacting with customers
- Professional communication skills in English
Experience That Helps (Not Required)
- Box truck driving
- Moving industry experience
