What You'll Earn

What You'll Do
- Lead a truck team and deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive and safely operate a junk truck
- Perform on-site estimates and communicate professionally with customers
- Remove, donate, recycle, and dispose of unwanted items
- Disassemble furniture and bulky items when necessary
- Complete paperwork and collect payments accurately
- Assist with truck inspections and equipment organization
- Participate in daily dispatch and team huddles
What We're Looking For
"Junk Haulers Who Care"
- 21 years or older (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Leadership mindset and team-first mentality
- Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Comfortable communicating professionally with customers
Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required)
- Junk removal
- Moving or delivery driving
- Box truck, tow truck, or commercial driving
- Construction, landscaping, or warehouse work
- Customer service or other client-facing roles
