TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Akron is looking for dedicated team members to pack, move, transport and assemble customers' items, but this job isn’t just about the heavy lifting! During moves you’ll work face-to-face with customers to ensure their specific needs are met. Every day is different and every move brings new challenges, but our goal is simple; we are here to help our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
- Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
- Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck
- Complete paperwork and payment collection
- Safely perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks
REQUIREMENTS
We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.
- MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT TO A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING
- High school diploma or GED Preferred
- 18 years or older for movers
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
- Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
- Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
- Good hand-eye coordination
