What You’ll Do
- Daily Dispatch Huddle Attendance
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
- Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
- Perform walk-throughs and communicate clearly with customers
- Drive a box truck (Driver role) and ensure safe transport of goods
- Assist with truck inspections and equipment inventory
- Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments
What We’re Looking For
- "Movers Who Care"
- 18 for Movers | 21 for Drivers (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Drivers)
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to lift 100 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Comfortable communicating professionally in English, Spanish is a Bonus
Experience That Helps (Not Required)
- Moving, delivery driving, or warehouse work
- General labor, construction, or landscaping
- Box truck or commercial driving experience
- Customer service or client-facing roles
