Starting pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the marketing budget/plan for the Cary, NC location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. This person drives leads the franchise in meeting the company’s sales goals. This person serves on the leadership team and promotes all products and services both internally and externally to grow revenue.

Responsibilities
- Accomplishes lead generation goals
- Develops, implements, tracks, and reviews the marketing budget, plan, goals and results with GM
- Tracks and evaluates lead sources through various tools
- Tracks and reports financial results/impact of all marketing initiatives
- Measures return on investment of Marketing efforts and spend
- Places and tracks all radio, television, digital and print advertising
- Reviews and edits all external communication
- Initiates and develops relationships in person with apartment/condo/senior communities, local realtors, and other potential customers
- Develops, distributes and tracks all media releases
- Manages all social media content on all social media platforms
- Evaluates, documents and coordinates all donation requests and community involvement
- Develops PR calendar and seeks new PR opportunities
- Coordinates and attends networking events and trade shows
- Leads all Grassroots efforts
- Coordinates bi-annual competitor mystery shop
- Communicates marketing initiatives and information to staff
- Attends job fairs and help meet recruiting goals as needed
Requirements
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Marketing field
- Highly creative and motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Friendly, professional personality
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
- Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraints
- Drives safely and professionally in company vehicles
- Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and all social media platforms
