Inside Sales Representative

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is now hiring a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers calling or inquiring online about moving services. You will use strong listening skills, product knowledge, and a consultative sales approach to recommend the right solutions, create estimates, and help customers confidently schedule their move.

This position is ideal for individuals who are self-directed, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-call-volume office environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver outstanding customer service on inbound phone calls and online inquiries

· Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate moving services and products based on scope, availability, and budget

· Create and schedule moving estimates accurately and efficiently

· Enter and maintain detailed customer information and move details in company software

· Coordinate move logistics and confirm scheduling details with customers

· Follow up with customers before and after their move to ensure clarity and satisfaction

· Handle customer concerns or service issues calmly, professionally, and with empathy

· Complete all required documentation accurately and on time

· Perform other duties as assigned to support office and operational needs

Requirements

· Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test

· High school diploma or GED required

· Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience

· Strong communication skills, including effective listening and clear verbal expression

· Ability to multitask and enter data accurately while on the phone

· Professional phone presence with good grammar, voice, and diction

· Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the business

· Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make sound decisions

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

· Ability to perform basic business math

· Reliable attendance and punctuality

· This is an in-office role; remote work is not available

Schedule

· 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

· Rotating half-day Saturday coverage

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
