Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service

Responsibilities

· Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads

· Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications

· Input information in to software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements

· Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns

· Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents

· All other duties as assigned

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of sales/customer service experience

· Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts, plus one Saturday per month

· Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

· Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone

· Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale

· Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities

· Basic computer/keyboarding skills

· Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check

· Individuals with call center experience excel particularly well in this role
