Operations Manager – Stoughton, MA
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Operations Manager to help lead the daily operation of our Stoughton, MA location.
This is not a desk-management role. We are looking for a self-directed operator who can step into a fast-paced environment, solve problems on the fly, hold crews accountable, maintain operational discipline, and help keep the operation running efficiently during our busiest season.
The operation requires a leader who is comfortable walking into challenges, adapting quickly, and creating stability through urgency, consistency, and follow-through.
This role is best suited for someone with experience in:

Daily responsibilities include:
- crew management and accountability
- dispatch and scheduling support
- truck readiness and operational oversight
- mover/driver coaching and training
- warehouse organization and operational cleanliness
- staffing support and recruiting assistance
- customer issue escalation
- spot checks and quality control
- safety and compliance enforcement
- maintaining operational standards during peak season
Compensation:
- $45,000 annual base salary
- 0.5% commission structure tied to franchise revenue
- monthly bonus opportunities
- benefits package including PTO, medical insurance, and 401(k)
