We are expanding our team and looking for a few great people to join us! Our teams of 2 to 3 employees meet each morning, Monday through Friday, at our Mobile, Alabama office before heading out to scheduled jobs in company-provided transportation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work efficiently with your team to clean and sanitize assigned areas (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces) using provided equipment and supplies.
- Detail-clean surfaces including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, sinks, countertops, showers, and appliances.
- Vacuum and/or mop carpeted areas, stairs, and hard surface floors; clean small bathroom floors on hands and knees as needed.
- Safely transport cleaning products and equipment from the vehicle into client homes.
- Help maintain a clean, stocked, and organized team vehicle and equipment cache.
- Bring a positive, cooperative attitude to the team and maintain respectful, courteous interactions with coworkers and clients at all times.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 years of residential or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred.
- License & Ride: Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable personal transportation to get to and from our main office each morning.
- Availability: Must be available Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
- Background: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Physical: Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including continuous bending, stooping, lifting, kneeling, stretching, and standing.
- Pet Friendly: Must be comfortable working in homes that have pets.
