What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician Apartment Work position at Mandy's Cleaning Service LLC?
Our company is looking for some temporary help to clean apartments in the fall over at the University of South Alabama. These positions could turn into future part time or full time positions with our company. Pay is $14 per hour. The time frame is from August 1 - August 18 which is between 2-3 weeks. This is our 9th year working on this project. The hours are generally 7-8 am start times with some finishing up by 3/4 pm each day. Some afternoon and evenings may be necessary and usually do happen, so availability until 6/7 pm is welcomed. We will also be working Saturdays during this time.
The person will generally clean with 1 or 2 other team members at each apartment unit. We are cleaning 3 separate complexes, so likely you will be placed at one location for the duration of the cleaning. However, that may change during the court of the project. Each person will need to be efficient in their use of time and have some attention to detail. This is a fast paced work environment. The person must be able to follow directions and orders from management and other MCS employees. Use of smart phones is necessary.
Prior cleaning experience is not a requirement but is certainly helpful. You must have a working smart phone, be able to arrive at the job site (generally same complex each day). Please have on hand a current driver's license.
