Operations Executive

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We’re looking for an Operations Executive to be the heartbeat of our Kansas City office, creating an environment where Two Circlers feel energized, supported, and proud to come to work.

This is a varied and hands-on role that blends office experience, culture and engagement, operational support, and executive assistance. You’ll work closely with our Operations team and the wider People team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across North America.

Office Experience & Environment

• Create a welcoming, well-organised, and high-energy office environment.
• Be the first point of contact for teammates, visitors, and clients.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendors, and facilities.
• Maintain a space that reflects the Two Circles brand.
• Culture, Engagement & Events
• Plan and deliver team days, social events, and support the Summer Festival.
• Support huddles and encourage collaboration and communication.
• Partner with the People Team on engagement initiatives.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Support onboarding logistics and welcoming new joiners.
• Coordinate workspace setup and introductions.
• Support offboarding processes with the People Team.
• Executive & Administrative Support
• Provide ad hoc EA support to the Executive Leadership Group.
• Coordinate leadership visits, meetings, and travel.
• Operations Support (North America).
• Provide ad hoc operational support across the region.
• Partner with the New York Office Manager to ensure consistency.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
