Twisted Tees is not your typical bar and restaurant—we’re an energetic, entertainment-driven venue where great food meets a high-energy atmosphere. From golf simulators to live entertainment, we deliver an experience—and our kitchen is a huge part of that.
Our menu is built around craveable, elevated pub fare: stacked burgers, cheesesteaks, handhelds, flatbread pizzas, and shareable favorites. We’re looking for a chef who can take that foundation and bring it to the next level.
The Role:
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Chef/Kitchen Manager to take full ownership of our kitchen operations. This is more than just cooking—you’ll be leading the heart of the business.
You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing monthly chef specials, keeping our menu fresh, exciting, and on-trend.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all day-to-day kitchen operations
- Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control within budget
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and kitchen standards
- Oversee prep, execution, and plating during service
- Create and roll out monthly chef-driven specials
- Ensure consistency and quality across all menu items
- Train and manage kitchen staff
- Handle receiving and proper storage of all deliveries
