Shipping and Receiving

Job Summary

You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. You may be ask to perform other task within our facility as needed with the ability to gain knowledge in other production areas.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments using a fork lift.
• Accurately pick orders and prepare them for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly counted and accounted for.
• Maintain inventory stock levels by performing regular stock checks and updates
• Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against packing lists and recording any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment within the shipping and receiving area.

Skills

• Proficient in loading/unloading shipments
• Basic math skills to weigh count and package finished goods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory records.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
