Shipping and Receiving- 1st Shift
Provides production information by compiling and reporting production data; responding to inquiries. Complies production data and enters data into database; extends and summarizes data; maintains materials inventory records; resolves discrepancies; extends and summarizes data; responds to inquiries.
Skills Required:
- Track record of maintaining quality standards for the team and implementing quality processes.
- Maintains inventory and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.
- Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.
- Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.
- Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.
- Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.
- Demonstrates persistence. Strives to improve skills and achieve goals despite setbacks, obstacles.
- Previous experience with Job Boss 2 (JB2) a PLUS.
