We are a very busy Veterinary hospital and candidate MUST have 1 year of prior, recent and consistent veterinary reception experience.
Job entails: scheduling of appointments & surgeries, creating estimates, billing, answering multiple telephone lines, filing, updating medical records, emailing, entering new client data, processing online pharmacy requests.
Confidence & excellent computer skills required, as well as being a great team player & excellent communicator.
Must be capable of multi-tasking and providing outstanding service.
"Avimark" software knowledge considered a Plus
Bilingual a plus
Some weekdays & and early evening necessary. **You must be able to arrive at 8 am daily, work until close, and work Saturdays. 8am to 2:30p.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
