Responsibilities
- Operate the Allen & Heath SQ7 mixer and Logic Pro during live church services and events
- Set up, monitor, and adjust audio levels for streaming broadcasts to ensure clarity and consistency
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize disruptions during live streams
- Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to coordinate audio needs for various service elements
- Maintain and organize audio equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal working condition
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the overall broadcast audio quality
- Proven experience mixing audio for live events, preferably in a church or similar environment
- Proficiency with Allen & Heath SQ7 digital mixers and Logic Pro software
- Strong understanding of live sound reinforcement, signal flow, and broadcast audio standards
- Ability to work on-site in Hartford, United States; willingness to travel as needed
