Freelance Videographer

This role involves creating a visually compelling, storytelling-style video to showcase a luxury park model cabin at Red Run Resort in New Holland, Pennsylvania. The focus is on capturing the cabin’s craftsmanship, the natural surroundings, and the unique outdoor experience it offers. The final video should evoke a warm, inviting, and premium feel, aligning with high-end lifestyle brands. No interviews or on-camera talent are required; the emphasis is on cinematic visuals and atmosphere.

Deliverables

• Film and edit a 2–3 minute video highlighting the park model cabin, its features, and the resort setting
• Capture high-quality B-roll footage of the cabin interior, exterior, and surrounding environment
• Incorporate smooth transitions, natural lighting, and creative camera angles to enhance storytelling
• Deliver a polished, color-graded final video suitable for marketing and web use
• Provide all raw footage and project files upon completion
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in lifestyle, real estate, or resort video production
• Proficiency with professional video equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and ability to evoke mood through cinematography
• Ability to work independently on location in New Holland, Pennsylvania
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant video projects, especially in hospitality or property showcases
