Social Media Manager – Luxury Fashion (Part-Time)

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned social media professional to shape and elevate the online presence of a luxury wig boutique based in Brooklyn, New York. The role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive social media and brand strategy tailored to the high-end fashion and beauty sector. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will collaborate closely with the boutique’s leadership to enhance brand image, drive engagement, and increase the frequency and quality of social media content. Immediate availability is required, and the position is offered on a part-time contract basis.

Deliverables

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with luxury fashion and beauty industry standards
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy
• Collaborate with boutique leadership to ensure brand messaging is consistent and on-point
• Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
• Identify and leverage trends, influencers, and partnership opportunities to expand brand reach
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure regular posting to maximize audience engagement
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for luxury, fashion, or beauty brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and brand strategy development
• Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling tailored to high-end audiences
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Deep understanding of current trends, best practices, and platform algorithms in the fashion and beauty sectors
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work hybrid in Brooklyn, NY; local candidates preferred
